- Patient Care:
- Assist in triaging patients and obtaining vital signs.
- Provide basic life support, including CPR and first aid.
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to medical staff.
- Assist in wound care, splinting, and other procedures as directed by medical personnel.
- Clinical Support:
- Prepare and maintain examination and treatment areas.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, including phlebotomy and specimen collection.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and nurses.
- Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies.
- Administrative Duties:
- Document patient information accurately and promptly in medical records.
- Assist in the coordination of patient flow and communication between departments.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for use.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in training and development activities to maintain and enhance skills.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
