Join our close-knit team of eight physicians and five advanced practice clinicians at Canyon Vista Medical Center.

Work alongside a diverse group of clinicians who bring a variety of geographic, educational, and training backgrounds to our team. Our nurse practitioners practice to the top of their scope, with support from attending physicians when needed.

Qualifications:

Board-certified in emergency medicine or family medicine with emergency medicine experience.

Ability to manage various emergency cases in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

J1 candidates invited to apply; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered.

Flexible Scheduling:

12 hour shifts.

We’re always there to support each other when covering shifts.

Full-time employment is 120 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide care in a smaller, community-based hospital with a level III trauma designation.
-
Annual ED visits 40,000.
-
Manage a variety of emergency cases, including triage and fast-track patients.
-
Collaborate closely with Sound’s hospital medicine team to ensure a seamless transition of care.

Work within a multidisciplinary environment supported by 24/7 specialty coverage, including cardiology with a cath lab, general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics with spine care, neurology (with telestroke support), psychiatry (with an on-site inpatient behavioral health unit), oncology, and nephrology with dialysis capabilities in the ICU.
