Candidates would be a BSc Critical Care Nursing from a recognised Indian University of repute and had worked in a Multi specialty or tertiary care hospital for a minimum period of 2 years.

The main duties and responsibilities of the incumbent is required as listed below:-

· Provide immediate triage, assessment, and stabilization of cardiac and critically ill patients presenting to the Emergency Room, including chest pain, arrhythmias, cardiac arrest, and acute heart failure.

· Monitor and interpret vital signs and cardiac rhythms, including continuous ECG, pulse oximetry, and invasive/non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring.

· Assist physicians during emergency cardiac interventions, including CPR, defibrillation, cardioversion, intubation, central line insertion, and emergency thrombolysis.

· Administer emergency medications as per ACLS protocols, including inotropes, anti-arrhythmics, anticoagulants, and vasopressors, ensuring correct dosage, timing, and documentation.

· Prepare patients for urgent diagnostic and interventional procedures, such as emergency Cath Lab transfers, bedside echocardiography, and CT scans.

· Ensure strict infection control practices and adherence to NABH protocols within the Emergency Room, including hand hygiene, biomedical waste segregation, and isolation precautions.

· Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in EMR/HIS systems, including triage notes, medication records, intake-output charts, and emergency event documentation.

· Provide clear communication and emotional support to patients and attendants during emergencies, explaining procedures, treatment plans, and obtaining informed consent where required.

· Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiologists, intensivists, Cath Lab, ICU, blood bank, and ambulance services for seamless emergency care.

· Participate in mock drills, emergency preparedness programs, and continuous skill upgradation, including BLS, ACLS, and code blue response training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
