Emergency Physician

Eagle Integrated Service, LLC (EIS) is a government consulting and contracting firm supporting missions throughout the world. EIS is seeking an Emergency Physician to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The Emergency Physician role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry.

What You’ll Do:

• The Contractor shall provide Provides clinical oversight, ensures curriculum accuracy, mentors instructors, evaluates students, ensures accreditation compliance, and serves as a subject matter expert. Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements below. Approximately 20-25% of travel may be required. The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
• The Contractor shall review and approve curricula for clinical accuracy and alignment. Shall deliver lectures and provide clinical SME input to training.
• The Contractor shall oversee student clinical performance evaluations.
• The Contractor shall ensure accreditation and licensing compliance across curricula. Provide input to QA on clinical effectiveness of instruction.
• The Contractor shall track instructor credentials and training currency requirements.
• The Contractor shall advise leadership on emerging clinical training requirements.

What You Bring:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO); completion of Emergency Medicine residency; board certified.
• 5 to 10 years in clinical emergency medicine.
• Leadership in trauma and acute care; ability to guide curriculum content and training validation.
• Licensed and credentialed.
• Deployed military medical experience required.
