Emergency Room Nurse – Republic of Nauru

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room (ER) Nurse to join our healthcare team in the Republic of Nauru. This is a unique opportunity to serve in a small island nation, providing critical emergency care and making a direct impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and effective nursing care for emergency and trauma cases.
• Perform triage, monitor patients, and assist in urgent medical interventions.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Support health awareness and emergency preparedness initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a valid license.
• Minimum 3 years of ER or critical care experience in a hospital setting.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred).
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to be deployed and reside in Nauru.
