ER Nurse – Nauru Deployment

Location: Republic of Nauru

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable ER Nurse to join its frontline emergency care team. This is a dynamic role in a small national hospital where your expertise can make a life-saving difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in urgent and critical conditions
• Administer medications, IVs, wound care, and CPR as needed
• Assist physicians during procedures and coordinate with hospital staff
• Document patient care accurately and uphold infection control standards

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license
• Minimum 2 years of ER or acute care experience
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure and resource-limited environments
• Team-oriented and culturally sensitive
