Ideal candidates shall be a MBBS from an Indian University and with a 2 year fellowship in Emergency Physician from a recognised university. Candidates post qualification shall have minimum 3 years experience in a cardiology CCU Set up.

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Job responsibilities include:-

Job Description – Emergency Physician (CCU & ER)

  • Primary Patient Assessment & Stabilization:
  • Evaluate and manage patients presenting with cardiac and other medical emergencies, ensuring immediate stabilization and prioritization of life-threatening conditions.
  • Acute Cardiac Care Management:

Diagnose and treat acute coronary syndromes, arrhythmias, cardiac arrest, and heart failure cases in coordination with the cardiology team.

Lead the Code Blue team;

Perform and supervise ACLS, BLS, and airway management procedures in both ER and CCU settings.

Oversee triage protocols to ensure rapid assessment, categorization, and transfer of cardiac and non-cardiac emergencies.

Liaise with cardiologists, intensivists, nursing staff, and technicians for seamless patient transfer from ER to CCU, Cath Lab, or wards.

Perform and supervise emergency procedures — intubation, central line insertion, defibrillation, arterial line monitoring, and thrombolysis initiation.

Maintain accurate case records, consent forms, and follow institutional protocols for emergency management, infection control, and medico-legal compliance.

Train and mentor junior doctors, nursing staff, and paramedics in cardiac emergency handling and resuscitation techniques.

Participate in morbidity/mortality reviews, quality audits, and emergency preparedness drills to improve ER and CCU performance.

Provide timely and empathetic communication regarding patient condition, procedures, and prognosis, ensuring clarity and compassion

Pay: ₹59,319.03 - ₹167,890.11 per month
