Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated Emirati Graduate to join our Commercial Division. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Normal transactions:

  • Manage daily transactional emails from showrooms, handling 5-10 requests daily (increasing during peak seasons and high sales).
  • Validate client eligibility for Skywards miles by verifying their Skywards Everyday application status and coordinating with sales staff.
  • Inform POS team to advise clients on app download before submitting claims; report failed transactions to POS team for customer follow-up.
  • Consolidate showroom data into an Excel form.
  • Verify invoice details, ensuring accuracy in calculated miles.
  • Print and submit related invoices to Brand Management for verification.
  • Send confirmed transactions for final cross-check by the Head of Brands and share with Skywards for processing.


VIP transactions:

  • Receive and process invoices from VIP Sales Managers twice a month, varying from 70+ invoices.
  • Handle retroactive invoices for VIP Sales.
  • Process invoices from family members and brand managers for high-value sales.
  • Prepare skywards points file for senior management approval.
  • Share the skywards file with the Skywards team at Emirates.


General Administration:

  • Issue invoices and handle payments for corporate office sales through the brand management department.
  • Maintain necessary documentation and generate required reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Brand Management Coordinator for project delivery.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable and adept in handling various technologies.
