Job Summary:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, handle administrative tasks, and support various departments. We’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 3 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (construction industry experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time
