ROLE SUMMARY
The position is mainly responsible for handling a diverse range of legal and administrative tasks for Asset Management Legal Department, ensuring its smooth day-to-day operations.
ROLE PROFILE

Maintain legal document databases, ensure safe custody of originals, and manage scanned copies for easy retrieval.

Review legal documents/contracts received and coordinate with lawyers for required clarifications or further actions.

Process routine legal procedural functions under lawyer guidance to relieve lawyers from administrative and repetitive tasks.

Assist in the finalization of agreements by highlighting changes, collating enclosures, and preparing supporting documentation.

Track, monitor, and report job requests, deadlines, litigation updates, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external lawyers.

Support lawyers in preparing certain legal documents, notices, due diligence questionnaires, and ensure proof of service and proper record keeping.

Review invoices from external law firms for processing and provide quality assurance on administrative legal support work.

Organize meetings, support travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with Majid Al Futtaim Properties’ Code of Conduct, departmental policies, and Human Capital policies.
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum University Degree.

Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience in real estate development, preferably experience in shopping mall legal administrative matters in GCC in a similar role
