Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Emiratisation Manager to develop and implement strategies that support the recruitment, development, and retention of UAE Nationals in compliance with government regulations. The role will focus on achieving Emiratisation targets, building strong partnerships, and enhancing the organization’s national workforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s Emiratisation strategy in line with UAE government requirements
- Ensure compliance with Emiratisation policies and regulations (e.g., MOHRE, Nafis program)
- Identify, attract, and recruit UAE Nationals across various departments
- Manage and monitor Emiratisation targets, KPIs, and reporting
- Coordinate training, development, and career progression plans for UAE Nationals
- Support onboarding and retention initiatives for national employees
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Emiratisation goals
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management and government authorities
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and Emiratisation policies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong focus on Emiratisation
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and Emiratisation programs
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing UAE National talent
- Strong network with government entities and educational institutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Nafis program and other government initiatives
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to influence and drive organizational change
- Experience in large-scale recruitment or workforce planning
