Role Purpose
The Emiratization Engagement & Development Specialist is responsible for delivering structured engagement, development, and retention initiatives for UAE Nationals across Support Divisions. The role ensures disciplined execution of Emiratization programs through strong planning, stakeholder coordination, and rigorous documentation, translating strategy and learning plans into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UAE National development and knowledge transfer initiatives, including Let's Create Bankers I & II, ensuring clear documentation and progress tracking.
- Drive participation in Digital and AI learning programs through proactive engagement, outreach, and follow up in partnership with L&D and people managers.
- Conduct structured one to one engagement sessions with UAE Nationals, identifying development gaps, workplace concerns, and retention risks.
- Manage UAE National exit interviews, providing timely insights, trend analysis, and follow through on retention actions.
- Own and deliver the Emiratization engagement calendar, including town halls, outreach initiatives, and events, with end to end accountability.
- Coordinate and manage external partnerships and MoUs with universities, government entities, and strategic partners.
- Maintain high standards of governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication, supporting KPIs, audits, and leadership updates.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in program, engagement, or talent development coordination.
- Strong planning, tracking, and documentation discipline.
- Confident stakeholder management across HR, business, and external partners.
- Detail oriented, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
