What You’ll Do

• Sales Support: Own reporting & dashboards, analyze performance, streamline processes, and support GTM projects with Sales/Marketing/Ops.
• Key Account (Assistant/Manager): Build long-term partnerships with top F&B groups, drive brand performance, lead campaigns/expansions, present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Business Development (Field): Source & onboard restaurants, train partners on our platform, run market visits and negotiations, plan online campaigns.
• Compliance: Support policy/process checks, documentation & audits, and maintain accurate records.
• Logistics Operations Specialist: Monitor rider/delivery ops & KPIs, resolve on-ground issues with CS/Dispatch/Vendor Ops/GA, analyze performance data, document SOPs, and suggest improvements.
