About this opportunity:

We are now looking for an EMM (Ericsson Multi Mediation) engineer who will be responsible for mediation environment & service logic configuration to fulfill customer requirements.

What you will do:

• Troubleshoot and fix issues related to business logic or EMM processing.
• Test and validate configurations in development and testing environments.
• Develop using JavaScript, Shell scripting, DUP language.
• Write configuration logic documents, deployment MOPs and handover documents.
• Configure and manage real-time processing flows within EMM for online mediation.
• Ensuring quality of service & quick time for service delivery.
• Attend customer meetings and collect requirements.
• Innovate and develop in-house services that contribute to a delightful customer experience with enhancement of time to market.
• Follow up on KPIs for all running systems.

The skills you bring:

• Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (Computer, IT, Telecom).
• Ericsson Multi Mediation (EMM) experience is preferred.
• Database knowledge is preferred.
• Software development background.
• Computer skills – Algorithm, Scripting & Automation.
• Ericsson Business Process.
• Customer Satisfaction.
