Baptist Health System is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon to practice in New Braunfels, TX.

As one of South Texas’ largest healthcare provider organizations, Baptist Medical Network’s team of healthcare professionals provide care in over 17 communities. In New Braunfels, you will be working at the Resolute Health Medical Plaza, adjacent to Resolute Hospital. Hospital privileges include surrounding community hospitals within a 20-mile radius

Overview:

  • Long-standing healthcare system with supportive leadership
  • Standard practice support staff (MA, Nurse, Front Desk, etc.)
  • Robot Models – 2 Da Vinci Xis
  • Opportunity to expand access to care with outreach locations
  • EMR: Athena (clinic), Cerner (hospital)
  • Clinic Schedule, M-F 8-5 PM, Weekend Call
  • Must be BC/BE in General Surgery Board (ABS or FACS)
  • Considering both experienced and current fellow candidates
  • Capable to perform: Cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, Hernia Repair, exploratory Laparotomy (all can be laparoscopic or robotic)
