We are seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the administration and ongoing evolution of our employee benefits programs. This is a great opportunity for an experienced benefits professional or an HR Generalist who has strong exposure to benefits and wants to deepen their specialization.
Our benefits organization supports a workforce of approximately 150 employees, and this role plays an important part in ensuring our people understand and fully utilize the benefits available to them.
In 2026, this position will work closely with our current Benefits Leader, who has supported the organization for more than 25 years. This transition period will allow the incoming manager to learn the role, processes, and institutional knowledge before gradually assuming full ownership of the function.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, is comfortable managing both modern systems and some traditional/manual administrative processes, and values building relationships with employees across all levels of the organization.

This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 2–3 days per week onsite and the remainder remote. The role collaborates closely with employees across the organization and may occasionally interact with teams at our distribution center.
