The Central Management Services (CMS) Bureau of Benefits is seeking to hire an Employee Benefits Representative for its Group Insurance Division, Benefits and Claims Support Unit. We are looking to hire something with strong research skills and an eye for detail. If you have experience with customer service, life or health insurance, and investigating and resolving insurance related inquiries, this could be the job for you. Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities and working with people add to the skills that will help you succeed in this role. This job offers the opportunity to support and educate various state agency liaisons on employee benefit programs and procedures, and other CMS administered programs within the Group Insurance Division.
