Employee Data Specialist - Regional Office

  • This is remote/hybrid position, Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Summary

Under minimal supervision, evaluates and processes personnel transactions which affect employee paychecks, benefits enrollment, and personnel records. Provides customer service to and answers inquiries from payroll staff, HR staff and leaders regarding transactions. Evaluates information on Workday actions and enters and/or approves changes. Enters and verifies data accuracy into Workday. This position is responsible for assuring Workday workflow processes flow smoothly and accurately.

Essential Job Functions

  • Serves as HR Analyst role in Workday approving job status changes, family status changes, new hire events and other transactions as needed.

  • Audits Licensure and Certification expiration dates in Workday.

  • Creates events that do not occur systemically due to technical issues.

  • Reviews and approves requests for job changes that do not occur systemically due to technical issues.

  • Reviews and approves downstream workflows related to job status changes.

  • Verifies and orchestrates all legal name changes.

  • Cancels tasks

  • Adds and removes additional jobs in Workday.

  • Processes bulk supervisor changes

  • Approves Evidence of Insurances

  • Processes data corrections in Workday.

  • Processes and verifies professional licenses for employees.

  • Resolves problem cases related to Education Benefits Processes and imputed income
