Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate Employee Engagement Officer to design and deliver innovative programs that strengthen our people culture. This is a long-term role for someone dedicated, culturally sensitive, and eager to create memorable employee experiences in line with UAE labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engagement programs: pulse surveys, recognition schemes, wellness initiatives, and arts-inspired activities.
• Organize internal events that foster belonging, collaboration, and team spirit (team-building recitals, branch celebrations, Eid events, etc.).
• Analyze engagement data (surveys, feedback, turnover) to create actionable insights.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, open communication, and conflict resolution with cultural awareness.
• Ensure all engagement initiatives comply with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33/2021 & updates).
• Collaborate with HR for policy alignment, without managing end-to-end HR operations.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Female candidates encouraged to apply (role-specific preference).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years’ experience specifically in employee engagement, internal communications, or culture roles – UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Proven stability in career; long-term commitment to previous employers.
• Expert understanding of UAE Labour Law as it relates to engagement activities.
• Creative, proactive, and excellent in relationship-building.
• Passion for people, music, arts, or education.
• UAE driver’s license (must be willing to travel across UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Ain).
