The Role

As an Employee Experience Coordinator, your role is to support the delivery of a positive, engaging, and inclusive employee experience across the hotel. You will assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, supporting internal communications, and ensuring that all colleague-focused programs and activities contribute to a high level of satisfaction and well-being.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will need to:


Employee Engagement & Activities

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Assist in organizing social, wellness, and team-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee celebrations, campaigns, and cultural events.
  • Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve engagement initiatives.


Employee Communications

  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and notices.
  • Ensure company values, initiatives, and key messages are effectively communicated to employees.
  • Support communication platforms that encourage employee feedback and engagement.


Employee Relations Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to engagement activities and general concerns.
  • Support the Talent & Culture team in maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Assist in monitoring employee feedback and escalating concerns where necessary.


Employee Facilities & Experience

  • Support coordination of employee accommodation, transportation, and facilities-related matters.
  • Assist in ensuring employee areas are well-maintained, clean, and aligned with company standards.
  • Help enhance the overall colleague experience through continuous improvement initiatives.


Administration & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of employee engagement activities and participation.
  • Assist in tracking budgets and expenses related to employee experience initiatives.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of activities and programs.
  • Perform any additional duties required for operational smoothness.
