Cognizant’s Intuitive Operations & Automation (IOA) business unit is one of Cognizant’s highest growth businesses. To accelerate this growth even further, IOA is fast-growing into industries, service lines and markets globally. One of IOA’s strategic growth markets is North America, and we are looking for a highly accomplished, successful Employee Experience Sales/Solutions (EES). This role requires a deep understanding of managing global client accounts in the HR domain – HR advisory, consulting and solutioning management, governance, and control of deals. The person will be responsible for managing and overseeing global client accounts ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR solutions.

Role Summary – Lead the HR / Employee experience Sales/Solutions for EES IOA and improve market share, wallet share and mindshare with customers, analysts, leading RFX responses and proactive proposals, improve proposal conversion/win-rate and enable sustained growth for EES practice and deals within IOA. This is a key leadership role and will require candidate with relevant experience in managing HR advisory, consulting and solutioning management, governance, and control of deals.

Location – New York, NY (Hybrid)

Travel – Travel will vary depending on customer and prospect requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship and Solutions:

  • Create innovative, winning solutions to meet client strategic and tactical objectives by incorporating relevant inputs from stakeholders across functions (pricing, technology, transformation, delivery, vertical sales, transition, etc.)
  • Responsible for conceptualizing and building high quality deliverables required during the deal cycle
  • Own the proposal delivery responsibility end-to-end including commercial, contractual implications and third-party knowledge

Manage practice area performance:

  • Participate in consulting /diagnostic studies and strategic projects within and outside IOA
  • Design and develop a suite of repeatable and scalable offerings that address critical client business outcomes

Manage current and potential clients:

  • Participate with sales and account teams in executing select account penetration strategies
  • Manage client visits for prospects, existing clients with respect to transformation opportunities and presentations

Certifications Required

  • CPHR /SPHR (Preferred)

Other Skills and Experience

  • Master’s in human resources

  • 18+ yrs of exp in HR Strategy, Operations, Sales, and Solutions.

Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - $210,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
