Summary
-
Provides evaluation, direct care, assessment, and referrals to team members utilizing observation and assessment skills, while practicing in accordance with legal guidelines and standards for occupational and industrial nursing.

Possesses a working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) resources, worker's compensation injury and illness initial assessment, phlebotomy skills, drug screening, and placement evaluations.

Collaborates closely with all of team resources and infection prevention.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with ADAAA as needed and providing coverage at all BayCare employee health locations based on hiring volume, workload, special events, and staffing needs.

Travel to all BayCare locations is required.
