As an Employee Relations Officer within our team, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations matters, addressing workplace concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to employee engagement and create a supportive environment that promotes productivity and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
- Investigate workplace complaints and conflicts thoroughly, ensuring impartiality and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational values.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment standards.
- Create and deliver training sessions related to employee relations and workplace conduct.
- Produce reports on employee relations matters to assist management in decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations, ideally within the parking management or service industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employee rights, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations tactfully.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
