SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
The Coordinator, HR Operations supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Department by assisting with employee relations activities, ensuring the timely processing of HR transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The role serves as a key contact for employee inquiries, assists in processing payroll-related data, supports employee services, and helps ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or employee services.
Experience in a higher education or similar institutional environment is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
Familiarity with UAE labor law and basic HR policies.
Working knowledge of HR systems; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ORACLE) is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in a standard office setting.
No significant physical effort or exposure to risks.
