ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Exit Management and all other HR operational activities. Addressing Exits - resignations/ absconding, reported on HRMS or mails received from mentors. Follow-up for attendance and last working day. Addressing employee / ex employee grievances Sending Monthly clean-up files to mentors and RSMs. Regular follow-up for status and last working day. Fraud terminations Full and final settlements for all Resigned/ Terminated / Absconding / Monthly clean-up cases. Co-ordination with Payroll dept for processing full and final settlement. Sending appropriate Exit letters on upload of FNF register by Payroll. Changing employee status in the system. Issuing ‘worked less than 15 days’ letters. Assisting Manager - HR in addressing complaints and legal issues Execution of Transfers and Warnings in consultation with Manager - HR Relationship Management with SM / RSM / ZSM. Follow-up with mentors for cases of returned and Un-delivered FNF cheques/warnings / Exit letters.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EMPLOYEE PROFILE-
Graduate (any discipline). Full time or part time MBA (preferable). Minimum 1 - 2 years experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS SETS-
Good verbal and written communication. Good knowledge of excel. Timeliness and adherence to deadlines.
