Job specific responsibilities:
Social Insurance:
1.Supervises the process of new hires’ enrolment in social insurance, ensures that “form 1” is submitted to the concerned social insurance office without any delay.
2.Validates “Form 1” data before submitting it the concerned social insurance office.
3.Ensures that the required documents are archived correctly and matching with the Labor law regulations.
4.Supervises the process of paying employees’ social insurance fees regularly.
5.Follows-up with team members to ensure completion the full data of “Form 2”, furthermore, sending it to the concerned party on time.
6.Responsible for coordination the Social Insurance visits, furthermore, completing any requirements.
Medical Insurance:
7.Manages the process of new hires’ enrolment in the public and private medical insurance.
8.Handles any employees’ inquiries / complaints related to the medical insurance services / processes.
9.Communicates with the Medical services provider (ex. Renewing contract, sending employees’ complaints, etc.).
10.Coordinates with the Finance Department to facilitate paying the Medical provider bills on time.
11.Approves / Validates employee requests regarding service changes (ex. Adding family members)
Attendance:
12.Prepares / Consolidates progress monthly reports regarding employees’ attendance and absenteeism.
13.Monitors / Tracks attendance procedures regularly.
14.Follows-up sending warning letters to absent employees, takes the appropriate legal actions according to the concerned labor law regulations.
15.Provides Total Rewards Section with the Full data of employees’ attendance on time.
Leaves:
16.Reviews different kinds of leaves’ cycle (e.g. Holidays, annual, casual, sick, etc.)
17.Consolidates leaves data periodically and sends it to Total Rewards section to take the related actions.
Onboarding:
18.Validates new hires’ credentials and takes the corrective actions if needed.
19.Validates new hires’ contracts.
20.Communicates the Employees’ Relations policies, processes and procedures.
21.Ensure sending the new contracts to the concerned parties on time.
Offboarding:
22.Approves clearances forms.
23.Provides Total Rewards section with the required data on time to proceed with the clearance / Separation procedures.
Employees’ Files Archiving:
24.Ensures that the required documents are archived correctly and matching with the Labor law regulations.
25.Conducts periodic audits on Employees’ files and completes any missing items.
26.Coordinates the Governmental authorities’ periodic visits and handles.
HRIS:
27.Supervises the data entry process in the company’s ERP / HRIS environment.
28.Communicates with the concerned department / vendor for any needed changes in the system.
Employees’ benefits:
29.Introduce and presents different employees’ benefits that promote employees’ motivation.
Managerial responsibilities:
1.Prepares different kind of progress reports when needed.
2.Manges, supervises and coaches subordinates regularly, furthermore, appraises their performance.
3.Cascades departmental objectives and turn it into operational actions.
4.Manage change.
Specifications (Qualifications, Experience and Skills):
-Any bachelor’s degree.
-Postgraduate studies in HR is preferred.
-Egyptian Labor Law solid knowledge is a must.
-A minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar field.
-Arabic: Native command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
-English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
