Job Description
Responsible for providing innovative workforce management solutions following the established policies, procedures, and collective labor agreements to improve performance and drive business objectives.
Major Duties
Collaborates with key stakeholders to drive retention strategies and increase associate engagement by providing workforce solutions on a variety of employee relations activities such as conflict resolution, discipline, grievance, performance improvements, and management development (Workforce Management). Executes grievance and disciplinary policies and procedures ensuring fairness and consistency.
Provides coaching, technical, and advisory support to management following Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures. Applies appropriate intervention methods to resolve complex employee and labor relations matters.
Leverages performance management system to identify opportunities for training, coaching, and providing related workforce solutions to drive business outcomes.
Executes organizational and regional Human Resources (HR) strategies for associate and/or labor relations matters. Ensures Employee Relations strategy is aligned with business performance goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Performs other duties as assigned.
