Position: Employee Relations Officer, Human Resources
Job Purpose:
The
Employee Relations Officer, Human Resources
will be responsible for managing employee disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies & labor laws. The role involves handling misconduct cases, conducting preliminary investigations, maintaining documentation, and supporting fair and consistent disciplinary actions across the organization.
Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or disciplinary case handling.

Experience in banking or financial sector (preferably Microfinance Bank) will be an advantage.

Knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage disciplinary cases including misconduct, policy violations, and employee grievances in line with HR policies.

Issue warning letters, show-cause notices, and other disciplinary communications after necessary approvals.

Conduct preliminary investigations, collect evidence, and prepare investigation reports.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and SBP regulations.

Maintain confidential documentation and case records; track and report employee relations cases.

Support HR in resolving workplace grievances and conflicts while ensuring fair disciplinary practices.

Coordinate with DAC Committee, Legal, and Audit teams when required and assist in hearings or inquiry proceedings.
