We are seeking an Employee Relations & Performance Officer to support workforce discipline, performance management, and training initiatives across our restaurant operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, firmness, and hands-on engagement with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Manage probation reviews, performance appraisals, and PIPs
- Coordinate and support staff training programs
- Work closely with shift managers and cluster managers
- Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance and compliance
- Assist with incentive and performance tracking programs
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior operations management
Requirements
- Experience in employee relations, HR operations, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be firm, objective, and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- English required; additional languages are an advantage
