We are seeking an Employee Relations & Performance Officer to support workforce discipline, performance management, and training initiatives across our restaurant operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, firmness, and hands-on engagement with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Manage probation reviews, performance appraisals, and PIPs
  • Coordinate and support staff training programs
  • Work closely with shift managers and cluster managers
  • Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance and compliance
  • Assist with incentive and performance tracking programs
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for senior operations management

Requirements

  • Experience in employee relations, HR operations, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be firm, objective, and professional
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • English required; additional languages are an advantage
