Job Purpose:


Responsible for managing and improving employee relations within the organization by addressing workplace issues, resolving conflicts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive work environment. Supports HR strategy by providing guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and airport company values.
  2. Participate in developing and updating employee relations policies and procedures.
  3. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture enhancement programs.
  4. Act as Admin for HRIS system.
  5. Coordinate with system vendors for updates, testing, and troubleshooting.
  6. Ensure data accuracy and system security across all HRIS functions. Configure and manage modules for payroll, onboarding, and employee services.
  7. Guide and coach supervisors and employees on conflict resolution, conduct, and workplace expectations.
  8. Monitor and manage employee relations issues including grievances.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  10. Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and documentation.
  11. Collaborate with Legal, HC Business Partners, and line managers on sensitive or high-risk ER cases.
  12. Conduct fact-finding interviews and prepare detailed reports
  13. Recommend corrective actions when necessary.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills:


Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Language: English (Advanced), Arabic (Advanced).

Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, and data reporting tools.

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and case tracking tools
  • Strong report-writing and documentation skills
