We are seeking a confident and proactive Employee Relations Specialist with a strong personality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment . The role is responsible for maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law , and acting as a key link between management and employees.


The ideal candidate is adaptable, solution-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive issues professionally while managing a diverse workforce.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
  • Handle employee grievances, complaints, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions in line with company policy and Qatar Labor Law
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct
  • Advise management on employee relations risks, issues, and best practices
  • Manage disciplinary processes including:
  • Warning letters
  • Show cause notices
  • Terminations and resignations
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate with PRO / Government Relations for:
  • Contract amendments
  • Transfers
  • Terminations and final settlements
  • Ensure proper documentation of all ER cases and HR records
  • Support HR audits, inspections, and internal compliance checks
  • Promote a positive work culture and address workplace concerns proactively


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of Employee Relations experience in Qatar
  • Strong knowledge of: Qatar Labor Law, Disciplinary procedures, Employee grievance handling
  • Experience working with a diverse, multicultural workforce
  • Exposure to multi-industry or large workforce environments is highly preferred
  • Experience in recruitment is a plus.
