Employee Relations Specialist

Job Description:


As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for

managing employee relations activities and addressing workplace issues across the

organization. In this position, you will be expected to enhance communication between

management and employees, address employee complaints and work-related issues,

participate in updating policies and procedures, and support initiatives that promote a

positive and collaborative work environment. This role requires a knowledgeable and

adaptable HR professional who can work independently to handle employee complaints,

support conflict resolution, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a fair and

professional workplace.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Strengthen communication between management and employees to ensure clear and effective information flow.
  • Handle employee complaints and workplace issues, providing professional support and conflict resolution.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Promote a positive work environment and encourage teamwork across the organization.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve the workplace experience.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employee rights, and fair employment practices.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors on employee relations matters and legal cases when required.




Qualifications


● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations

● Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee rights, and fair employment practices

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse

stakeholders

● Strong problem-solving, reporting, and organizational skills
