Overview:
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role will primarily support the Sales Department, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand the unique challenges faced by sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters within the Sales Department.

Understand sales team dynamics and provide tailored support to address their concerns and challenges.

Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.

Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.

Manage and process employee-related transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and other relevant systems.

Handle employee resignation processes, including conducting exit procedures and ensuring proper documentation.

Coordinate and manage financial clearance processes for departing employees in collaboration with Finance and other departments.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Support performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.

Strong understanding of labor laws and government relations platforms (e.g., Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI).

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with ERP systems (Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics.)

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
