Execute and follow-up on the investigations and solve the disputes of the employees as per Nahdi’s policy including the head office and all the branches/regions.
Accountabilities
Employees Investigations
Conduct Investigations pertaining to employees’ disputes as per the company policy in order to provide the decision makers with the recommended actions (penalty, warning…etc).
Execute the disciplinary deductions related to the investigation cases on the system to ensure that the system is accurate and updated.
Reports & Follow Ups:
Prepare a periodic report for investigations cases and disputes including the head office and the regional offices in order to analyze and identify the root cause of the problems and report it to the concerned stakeholders.
Coordinate and follow up with labor law office on all updates in regards to the labor law in order to update the Employee Relation Manager.
Follow up on the termination cases through ensuring that all the documents and requirements have been processed to ensure compliance to the termination process.
Participate in the corporate communication campaigns related to the employees relations (Be Informed) through providing support to the communication department to ensure proper education to Nahdi’s employees
Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
