As our Employee Relations & Talent Partner, you’ll blend hands-on HR support with operational savvy to help our manufacturing teams thrive.

Your first 90 days

Listen and learn: Build relationships on the floor and with leadership to understand priorities.Staff up smartly: Partner with a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and external recruiters to accelerate hiring and onboarding.Strengthen the basics: Tighten HR processes, training, and documentation to keep data accurate and actions timely.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned units—requisition to onboarding—in collaboration with TA partners and agencies.
  • Implement HR processes, programs, and training tailored for manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain precise employee records and HR administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate with HR specialists on compensation, benefits, leadership development, learning, and performance management; meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provide confidential, high-touch employee relations support with availability, responsiveness, and follow-through.

What sets you up for success

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist.
  • Credible relationship builder with leadership skills.
  • Resourceful problem solver with strong business acumen and analytical ability.
  • Clear, effective communicator.
  • MS Office proficiency and comfort troubleshooting routine issues.

Education: Bachelor’s or University Degree (Preferred)

Experience: At least 3 years as an HR Generalist
