Listen and learn: Build relationships on the floor and with leadership to understand priorities.
Staff up smartly: Partner with a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and external recruiters to accelerate hiring and onboarding.
Strengthen the basics: Tighten HR processes, training, and documentation to keep data accurate and actions timely.

Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned units—requisition to onboarding—in collaboration with TA partners and agencies.

Implement HR processes, programs, and training tailored for manufacturing operations.

Maintain precise employee records and HR administrative workflows.

Coordinate with HR specialists on compensation, benefits, leadership development, learning, and performance management; meet deadlines and deliverables.

Provide confidential, high-touch employee relations support with availability, responsiveness, and follow-through.

3+ years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist.

Credible relationship builder with leadership skills.

Resourceful problem solver with strong business acumen and analytical ability.

Clear, effective communicator.

MS Office proficiency and comfort troubleshooting routine issues.
Education: Bachelor’s or University Degree (Preferred)
Experience: At least 3 years as an HR Generalist
