Role Description

This is a part-time on-site and possibly remote role for an Employee Scheduler based in Upper Uwchlan, PA. The Employee Scheduler will be responsible for creating and managing employee schedules on the WinTeam and eHub platforms. The role may also involve coordination with management to address staffing requirements and implementing any schedule adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in TEAM software/WinTeam , time management tools, and basic computer applications such as spreadsheets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for handling schedule optimization and conflict resolution
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with employees and management
• Experience in workforce management, human resources, or administrative roles is a plus
• Prior experience in security services scheduling or Cleaning Services industries is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in scheduling or workforce management are a plus
