Our Team
The Employee Service Center team is a dynamic group of HR professionals dedicated to supporting Koch employees across regions. Our team operates in two shifts to provide comprehensive coverage for APAC and EMEA, ensuring HR support is always accessible. We are passionate about delivering exceptional HR support, fostering a positive employee experience, and driving transformation within Koch.
What You Will Do
- Interact with employees on a variety of HR topics through multiple communication channels, aiming to simplify and automate processes for greater efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with customers, team members, partners, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement by proactively experimenting, sharing ideas, and contributing to ongoing transformation within the team and organization.
- Collaborate with business units and external vendors, leveraging diverse perspectives and knowledge networks to solve complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and stewardship, ensuring confidentiality and trust.
- Apply the Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) methodology to create, update, and share knowledge articles, ensuring the knowledge base remains accurate and up to date.
