Employee Services Sr Officer

About the Role
  • Ensure seamless HR operations that drive employee experience and organisational excellence.
  • Manage end to end HR operations, processing, benefits administration, and employee data management, ensuring timely, compliant, and service focused delivery across the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain employment contracts, administer medical insurance, coordinate onboarding and off boarding, and manage HR records to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide HR insights through data analysis, resolve complex employee queries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across People Services.
  • Translate HR policies, regulatory requirements, and operational needs into efficient processes that enhance workforce experience and organizational performance.
  • Keep HR running smoothly and make every employee touchpoint count.
About You
  • Degree qualified with a minimum of 4 years in employee lifecycle management, including off boarding, contract management, GOSI & medical insurance.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, Saudi labour law, and internal governance.
  • Preferred to be a Saudi national familiar with HRIS and HCM systems.
