Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personnel & Employees' Relation Senior Specialist, located in New Cairo. The role involves managing personnel records, addressing employees’ relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, facilitating employee communication, and assisting in the development of medical insurance processes. The Senior Specialist will play a key role in offering guidance on HR-related issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personnel Administration and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor Law and regulations
• Fine background of managing and follow-up Medical Insurance with brokers and providers (processes compliance, reimbursements, internal medical arrangements, external communications, consumption insights)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient command of English Language
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
