Job Description

  • Handle monthly payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, deductions, and salary transfers.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage social insurance and medical insurance registration, updates, and cancellations.
  • Prepare and submit social insurance forms (Forms 1, 2, and 6) accurately and on time.
  • Support in managing the full employee life cycle - onboarding, contracts, probation tracking, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files (hard and soft copies).
  • Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.).
  • Assist in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Support HR projects related to engagement, training, and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance procedures, and payroll systems is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively across multiple HR functions.
