Job Purpose
Support in employer branding initiatives that attract, engage and retain top talent. Support in all the operational tasks for the Talent Acquisition function.
Report To Position Name
Support the execution of employment fairs to promote the company's employer brand. Assist in the execution of internship programs that attract and develop emerging talent. Support in Strengthen and maintain partnerships with universities and student organizations to build a sustainable talent pipeline. Support the implementation of inclusion programs that foster a diverse and equitable work environment. Verify employee eligibility and coordinate medical checkups as part of the hiring process. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the talent acquisition process for greater efficiency and candidate experience. Research and recommend new sourcing tools and platforms to expand the talent pool.
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
University Degree in HR, business related discipline
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
Excellent command Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral). Excellent Communication Skills. Excellent Presentation Skills. Excellent Computer skills
