Employer Service Executive
to join our team and play a vital role in connecting employers with our workforce and skills solutions.
As a brand ambassador for Maximus, you will engage with employers, understand their needs, and deliver recruitment and skills solutions that drive success for businesses and open doors for job seekers.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with employers to generate vacancies and sustained placements.
Promote Maximus programs, services, and skills solutions in your region.
Understand labour market trends, provide market intelligence, and maximise revenue opportunities.
Achieve high vacancy fill rates and meet performance targets.
Monitor employer accounts, convert opportunities into managed accounts, and maintain accurate records in Max360 CRM.
Deliver presentations, attend site visits, and represent Maximus at local and regional levels.
Provide post-placement support to employers and ensure attainment of employment outcomes.
Always operate with integrity, professionalism, and alignment to Maximus values.
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
Research and analytical ability with market awareness.
Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused with a strong ethical approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong time management skills and a talent for problem-solving.
