Overview

We are looking for a bilingual Arabic/English Employment Law Associate to join a global law firm in Riyadh. Our team is expanding, presenting a great opportunity for you to grow with them. Based in either Al Khobar or Riyadh, you will collaborate with Partners across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with local laws and managing employment issues
• Handling global restructuring projects and corporate transactions
• Providing guidance on termination, post-termination matters, and data protection
• Offering support on contentious matters and representing clients in court
• Conducting training on various employment law topics
• Advising on nationalization, pensions, and incentives
• Collaborating with government bodies for statutory requirements and innovative solutions

Ideal candidate

• Experienced in Saudi labor laws
• Strong track record in managing work streams and developing networks
• Bilingual Arabic/English (in line with role requirements)
