Employment Associate

EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE | DUBAI

We are working very closely with a market leading employment practice in Dubai / UAE who are actively looking to hire an Employment Associate with 3-5 PQE Aus / NZ scale (1-2 PQE, UK / Intl scale). This is an exciting opportunity to gain exceptional experience in the Middle East market, working on a broad range of employment matters.

They would be thrilled to see prospective candidates from the Australia / New Zealand markets.

You will be involved in a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, advising on all aspects of employment law including employee relations, contracts, disputes, terminations, and cross-border matters for leading corporates and institutions operating in the region. We have placed most of this team over the years.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an Australian / NZ employment lawyer who might be looking to make a move to Dubai.

We are keen to speak with lawyers who have:

• 3-5 PQE (1-2 years’ PQE, UK Scale) in employment law;

• Training and experience gained at a leading international or top-tier national firm;

• Strong academic credentials and the drive to develop a career in the Middle East.
