Employment Associate (5 years PQE)

We are looking for dynamic associates with minimum 5 years of experience to join our Employment department.

The ideal candidate must have:

• 5 years of Employment & Labour Law professional experience, including consultancy and litigation both theoretical and practical.
• Candidates are expected to take responsibility for the successful follow-up and conclusion of the files and matters entrusted to them.

Qualifications:

· A solid academic record – an LL.M from abroad is an advantage

· Turkish Bar qualified

· Fluent written and spoken English, preferably

· 5 years experience in Employment & Labour Law

· Court room and trial experience

· Superior litigation and enforcement file management and follow-up skills

· An aptitude for contract preparation, review and interpretation

· Knowledge of report preparation techniques

· Excellent team-work skills

· Analytical and logical approach

· Effective time management

· Result-orientated personality

· Ability to work systematically

· Strong communication skills both verbal and written

GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Levent’te bulunan büromuzun Dava Departmanında İş Hukuku alanında çalışacak 5 yıl mesleki tecrübeye sahip avukat çalışma arkadaşı aramaktayız. Adayların aşağıda belirtilen alanlarda kendilerini yetiştirmiş ve belirtilen mesleki tecrübeye uygun teorik ve pratik hukuk bilgisine sahip olmaları gerekmektedir. Adaylardan kendilerine tevdi edilen dosya ve işlerin başarılı bir şekilde takip ve sonuçlandırılması için sorumluluk almaları beklenmektedir. Adayların;

·    İş Hukuku alanında 5 yıl deneyimli,

·     Duruşma tecrübesi olan, 

·     Dava ve icra dosyası takip tecrübesi bulunan,

·     Hukuki vasıflandırma ve dava yönetimi hususunda tecrübeli,

     Sözleşme hazırlama, inceleme, yorumlama konularında deneyim sahibi olan,

·     Rapor hazırlama tekniklerine vakıf, 

·     Ekip çalışmasına yatkın,

·     Tercihen İngilizce bilen,

·     Disiplinli ve analitik düşünme kapasitesine sahip,

·     Zaman yönetiminde başarılı, sonuç odaklı ve sistematik çalışabilen, 

·     Bilgisayar programlarını etkin bir şekilde kullanabilen

·     Güçlü iletişim, etkin, yazılı ve sözlü ifade yeteneğine sahip, 

     Olması beklenmektedir.
