The Role:
We are looking for a motivated, dedicated employment attorney to join our team. This position offers unparalleled growth potential, with the opportunity to help shape the future of our firm. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience in employment law and be ready to take on significant responsibilities in both pre-litigation and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Litigation: Investigate claims, draft demand letters, and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in employment disputes.
• Litigation: Manage cases from inception through resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and representing clients in court.
• Client Advocacy: Work closely with clients to provide clear, empowering legal advice and ensure they are informed throughout the legal process.
• Case Management: Efficiently handle a diverse caseload, utilizing tools like Clio and HubSpot to stay organized and focused.
• Collaborative Growth: Be an integral part of the firm's growth by contributing to strategies, mentoring junior attorneys, and embracing leadership roles.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 1-2 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on employment law.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management systems like Clio or HubSpot.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
