The Employment Coordinator is responsible for providing high level customer service to internal and external customers. Responsible for managing and tracking all new hires and company transfers, assuring all required clearances are obtained prior to a new employee starting with the organization, and that all new hire paperwork is complete. Responsible for scheduling interviews for the team; obtaining term files; processing all internal requests such as internal transfers and status changes. Works closely with both internal and external customers assuring proper and timely communication and represents HR in a positive and professional manner at all times with a high regard of to service excellence. Responsible for proper interpretation of recruitment / transfer policies and provides guidance on policies and standards to both team and internal/external customers.
