Employment Law Attorney

Overview
Boutique Employment Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in Employment Law - particularly on the Plaintiff's side. The Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution, and with guidance from the senior partner.

Duties

• Represent clients in employment litigation, including mediation.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints and PAGA letters.
• Provide counsel to clients on matters related to employment law.

Skills

• Proficient in writing skills.
• Familarity with Labor Code is a plus.
• Experience in drafting FEHA and Class Action complaints.
• Experience in drafting PAGA letters.
• Strong negotiation abilities with experience in litigation.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client advocacy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
