Employment Lawyer - Dubai

(Two Roles Available)

We are seeking to appoint two experienced Employment Lawyers to join two growing legal practices in Dubai . These roles offer an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality employment matters within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Roles

Role 1: Employment Lawyer (English-speaking)

Role 2: Employment Lawyer (Arabic-speaking – drafting required)

Both roles will involve advising a diverse client base on a wide range of employment law matters under UAE labour law and related regulations. One position specifically requires fluency in Arabic , including the ability to draft legal documents and provide advice in Arabic .

Key Responsibilities

• Advising employers and employees on UAE employment and labour law
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and workplace documentation
• Handling terminations, disciplinary matters, and employment disputes
• Advising on restructurings, redundancies, and compliance issues
• Supporting clients with labour court proceedings and negotiations
• Staying up to date with developments in UAE labour legislation

Requirements (Both Roles)

• Qualified lawyer with strong experience in employment law
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law and employment practices
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and advisory skills
• Commercial and practical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively

Additional Requirement (Arabic-Speaking Role)

• Fluent Arabic speaker
• Proven ability to draft legal documents in Arabic
• Confident providing legal advice and correspondence in Arabic
