Bilingual Disputes Lawyer – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a Bilingual Disputes Lawyer to join a well-established legal practice in Abu Dhabi . This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to further develop their disputes practice within the UAE and the wider Middle East.

The Role

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of contentious matters, advising local and international clients across commercial and civil disputes. The role involves drafting, advisory work, and supporting dispute resolution proceedings within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on commercial and civil disputes under UAE law
• Drafting pleadings, submissions, and legal correspondence
• Assisting with litigation and dispute resolution proceedings
• Liaising with courts, authorities, and opposing counsel
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value disputes
• Managing matters efficiently and delivering practical legal advice

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the Middle East
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English , including legal drafting
• Strong understanding of UAE dispute resolution procedures
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
